John Durant joined Rhonemus Group in September 2019 as SVP, Executive Search Consultant in Banking & Financial Services.

John and his wife Cathy reside in Delaware Ohio with their youngest son Jacob who attends St. Francis DeSales High School in his junior year, daughter Sydney is a senior attending Loyola of Chicago and their eldest son Zachary who is a practicing Attorney at Reminger Law Firm in Cleveland Ohio.

John is an Executive Search Professional with Rhonemus Group in Columbus, Ohio specializing in retained Banking, and Consulting engagements for community banks, regional and super regional banks.  John is a 25-year veteran of the banking industry, where most recently he served as the Executive Sponsor of a comprehensive program to develop the banker of the future.
